You don't name a rocket "vega" anything. What were those Europeans thinking? Rocketry is not hard - contain and control the explosion to harness the energy. You don't poke the eye of the rocket gods and and give it some emu name like vega.

Dude... my dad had a Vega in the early 70s. What a POS, but he was a teacher and that was all he could afford. That was when they speed limit was dropped to 55 nationally. He was once pulled over for driving 70 and his defense was "this car uses less fuel per mile at 70 than 55". Didn't work.
Your dad was a pos? Come on… no way. He was a teacher… had to be a great dude!

When I was more into astronomy, I remember people debating how many stars were in Lyra. If you search for diagrams or images of the constellation, you'll see different numbers of stars indicated in the various diagrams/images. For example:
