Bills player Hamlin made a tackle, stood up, then collapsed. Ambulance on the field, saying they were administering CPR on the field.
That’s correct. Life threading situation apparently. No game is worth a person’s life, imo. These guys are just so much stronger and faster than in the old days , however I do remember when Chuck Bednerak closelined Frank Gifford. Several players later said they thought Gifford was dead.
Somebody has to say it. Too many young athletes collapsing from cardiac events all over the world. All with one thing in common - the covid vaccine. At some point we can't ignore it anymore.
It's happening all over the world. *YOUNG* athletes in top condition just falling dead due to cardiac issues. I don't recall that happening pre-vaccines. Now all of a sudden we have a new "thing" SDS > Sudden Death Syndrome. - You explain it.....
His heart stopped beating, and his heartbeat was "restored" during the CPR. That's all the new info we have right now. His heart flat out stopped beating bro..... they got him back but how serious it is , is still under wraps / probably not fully known yet. Just pray for him.
Really! And how many people died from COVID without the vaccine? Who is to say this had anything to do with the vaccine? How many athletes have collapsed from cardiac events in the last 3 years…that had the vaccine? Please share your facts with us. The NFL required employees who came in contact with players to be vaccinated…but not players and coaches. They strongly recommended it and got almost 100%. Do you know if Mr. Hamlin had the vaccine? Football is a violent sport. Do you know if this player could have had heart issues that he was unaware of? He did hit another player BEFORE he went down. Did the vaccine cause all these suicides that are happening right now with young people all over the world? Everything has risks.

A doctor on tv just said it could have been “Commotion Cordis”…which is when there is a severe impact to the heart and it triggers the heart to go into cardiac arrest. He said it typically is seen among young athletes. He said…of course, we don’t know the cause. (I think most of us realize that the vaccine helped the majority of folks who took it and hurt a small % of people. But I think it is a stretch to imply this was possibly caused from the Covid vaccine. Our poster does not even know if the player had the vaccine. And who are the others who have dropped dead in a sporting event from a heart attack…and we know had the vaccine?). I edited this after seeing the medical term given.

Now that I see people who are fully vaxxed getting COVID more than once I'm suspecting the vaccine did little to nothing. It may have lessened symptoms. I think I'm done with the jabs. That's a totally different topic and I don't want to take this thread in a political direction. But I would have a hard time believing the vaxx caused cardiac arrest in a guy who just took a hit in the chest.

It almost certainly helped with the variants it was designed for. The constant mutations are what's making any previous vaccines less effective.
The latest Omicron (XBB.1.5) is likely to cause more problems.
There's a reason why people who get the flu shot still get the flu.
I get the flu shot and can't remember having the flu. I believe D3 and B complex are more effective than the jabs. I take both. My wife and daughter just had COVID. The daughter got sick. The wife had no symptoms other than a positive test and I got nothing. I take both. The wife takes D3. The daughter takes neither. Anecdotal evidence at best. But it's my experience. Are you kidding me? Did you not see Tee Higgins plant his shoulder at full speed into the center of his chest? A similar situation happened in 2002 when a young boy was hit in the chest with a baseball and he died.

There are some who just don't show any symptoms, possibly because of some earlier sickness that has created immunity.
One of my best friends would argue with you on the D3/zinc/B treatments. He did all that a more and still got very sick from a family super spreader.
He was adamant about charging his immune system and then after getting sick, wound up saying none of it made any difference.
And my cousin just tested positive before Christmas....sniffles for a few days. She had been vaxxed earlier, but not recently.
Just like the common cold...some get it/some don't.
What about Uche Nwaneri? Push the shots and then his heart exploded...
