What will happen to the biplane?

Does it belong to Doc or the university? I hope it belongs to Doc because I can't imagine that plane flying as majestically over Scott Field at 45 mph with another pilot.

Of course if the MSU does own it, I've got to ask- Why does State own a biplane?
