Selmon does a national search, finds a top 10 candidate, rumor mill starts up exciting fans right as Selmon takes a new job and takes his new baseball coach with him. We end up asking Scott Berry to come out of retirement.

My biggest fear right now is people getting all excited about winning 2 of 3 against OM or maybe even sweeping Missouri, and then we make Parker a top 20 paid coach in America after that brief thrill ride

Hire some no name coach from the Midwest that none of us have never heard of. The athletic department goes full throttle in pr hyping the coach and the new coach does mediocre for the first couple of years then falls back and really doesn’t earn his paycheck. The most typical MSU ever!

Wow, that really would be the most MSU thing everrrrrr....... Of course, he will take the advice of Selmon and look to OU for assistants.

We bring Arnett back to coach baseball and stands there like he is in over his head. We're 0-21 in SEC, then sweep Arkansas at Baum 1-0, 1-0, 1-0 with all runs coming in the first inning.

Whatever happened to Jake Gautreau? I feel like there was a period of time where we were going to have to pay up to keep him from going elsewhere. Now, he doesn’t seem to be a commodity anymore. Am I reading too much into the fact that he wasn’t picked for the interim?

That's a sad list. If #3 or #4 are on the list, we're doomed. #2 is a major question mark too.
