What's the deal about the library closing at 5PM?

Is this true? Or is it another overblown deal?

I heard Doc would punch babies in the face in public.

One time Doc ate a dollar bill and **** out 100 pennies just to prove that he could.

If they were open at all on the weekend.

Once again, this was allegedly one of Doc's ideas to save money.

Sounds too incredibly asinine to be true.

i do know that it was absolutely pitch black on campus except for the light on Barnes and Nobles during the winter break. i was on campus a few times at night and i was actually walking to my truck with a flashlight. it probably saved a boatload of money though.

closes most of their libraries at 5 everyday, except for the science lib...they stay open until 6. Evidently they have done this for a few years now. They have extended hours around finals time...
