This is an excellent response on Christmas day, where you could have said mean things, but instead warmed my heart with goodness. For real. Merry Christmas to you good sir. And I hope that one day you will maybe appreciate my (and my moms) favorite Christmas movie
The Jim Carrey Grinch gets way more love than it deserves, IMO:
2nd post in the thread & I must respond. I like Will Ferrell in many things, but ELF is trash.
The sole good part is when he's hit by the car; not due to the film being bat, but to the fact it's the only time I laughed on the original watch.
Looks like fun just to have the two blondes prancing around, otherwise, what's his name should only be in deadpool movies.
I noticed that yesterday when I watched it for the 500th time. When she's in the store and especially on the diving board - I'm in love. Then when she emerges from the water... I feel like Seinfeld when he was dating the two-face.
Someone doesn't like the soft glow of electric sex gleaming in the window.

I thought this one was pretty much universally accepted as a great family movie. I get that it's sappy... but even my 12 year old daughter, who is as cynical as they come, sits and watches. She even tears up when young George saves Harry.
