this is why putting baseball on a pissant cable access channel like Comcast Sports is a horrible idea. Even fans that live in the same town as the University have no idea if they can even see the game. I guess we'll have to do a better job of landing in one of the regionals that ESPNU happens to televise next year. Didn't want to pony up the cash for ESPN2 to show something other than First Take all day? Didn't want to interfere with ESPN showing 11 hours of SportsCenter during the day? Couldn't even convince CBS-College (obscure, sure but millions of DirecTV subscribers get it) to show live baseball instead of replays of conference championships? No wonder this will always be a "niche" sport.

They are showing the Florida/Manhattan game at 3 on the U but ESPN has College Football Live at 2 followed by NFL Live. The Deuce is showing kickball from an ocean away all afternoon. I'm sure 10's of people will be glued to the set for that one. Wasting air time for something that probably 90% of Americans wouldn't go across the street to see for free.

I couldn't have said it better myself. CSS is a bush league channel and I wish it would die. They do a horrible job with production, camera work, announcing, etc etc. Plus no one gets it. Who in the ale gets cable anymore anyway.
