Click the menu button and go down to settings. Click style and change to dark

What Tusks said, per setting your computer to "dark", can/should also get a pair of "computer reading glasses" that filter computer "blue light" . GUNNAR is best. I've done both and the only regret I have ,is that I didn't do it sooner. Was a God send for my eyes.______GOOD LUCK.
