as long as the qb is in the tackle box. If the ball doesn't get close to any eligible receiver, it should always be called.<div>

it is close enough to a receiver to not be called. I realize there's the part about being about being out of the pocket, but I didn't think it mattered if the ball crossed the line of scrimmage.
