I might have a solution for you. The Upstate South Carolina chapter of the PSAA holds PSU football viewing parties at:

Quaker State and Lube
10 Chrome Drive
Greenville, SC

They've not yet listed this as an event on their chapter web site, but they don't seem to list the TV viewing parties until a few days before the game.
