Dickert and Arbuckle would leverage your talent for sure, that’s what they are doing now in the pac. sort of opposite of a talent dependent scheme, which judging by our recruiting is not the way to go.

I guess it's fun to discuss but Zach Arnett isn't going anywhere this year. We've got at least another season with him barring a collapse of the team, and that's not happening IMO.
