Since the Pac-12 decided to hold off on expansion (for now) conference realignment seems to have calmed down for a little bit. The only other movements I can foresee are the Big XII and the Big East looking to replace lost members. The Big East probably won't look to expand immediately because Pitt and Syracuse won't be leaving until 2014 unless further developments occur such as the Big East imploding, but they will try to be proactive in finding newer members to help bring some stability to their conference. Also, at this current stage it's almost a given that the Big XII will look to try to gain solid footing after losing aTm, Colorado and Nebraska.<div>
</div><div>But who will they more than likely get, though? For the Big XII, the most obvious names that I continue hearing are BYU and TCU. If there is a 3rd choice, it doesn't seem too obvious to me. Houston could be a player but I really wonder if they would really be that high on the Big XII's list. Also, if they're able to entice TCU, then this means the Big East is hurt once again and will probably have to go through C-USA again to try to save itself. Instead if grabbing 3 teams, I think they'll go for 2 initially and looking at what C-USA currently has, I could only see 6 teams that would generate some type of interest and they would be UCF, ECU, Memphis, USM, Houston and Tulsa. Also, the Big East has stated that geography doesn't matter that much to them which leads me to think that they may even take a shot at trying to get Boise if at all possible.</div><div>
