It is abundantly clear that a high priority of current PSU Board leadership is to eliminate any vestige of openness, transparency, and accountability.

From the letter from Board leadership: ".... the Board held an executive [private] session on January 29th during which your statement and proposal could have been shared within the Board and deliberated upon. You chose not to take that opportunity."
i.e. "These things should be kept secret - including any deliberation of the issues."
Has Board leadership forgotten that the Board is currently the defendant in a lawsuit regarding exactly this type of process?
