Louisiana is more economically diverse and West Virginia is a welfare basketcase that has survived on vast amounts of taxpayer money for decades. Former KKK leader, the late Senator Robert Byrd, the king of pork-barrel spending, had enormous amounts of taxpayer money spent in his home state. That dude with the shirts, who probably has only a part-time job working at a fireworks stand, should know this if he could read. His state is home to:Robert C. Byrd Locks and Dam,Robert C. These people (WV)truly have mental problems. No wonder Virginia was not all that upset about them breaking away in 1863.
