The lady’s looked very strong in Paris. Steam rolled a highly ranked team and 5 girls in double figures. And all this with probably our best graduating class moved on. I know it’s not football but they are a dynasty that will go on as long as Dawn is here. If you haven’t seen them play you should. They have 2 girls who can drunk the ball. Freakish talent.

I love FB ...but to start a season with a WBB team that you know you can go see or watch on TV twice a week and stand a damn good chance of coming home with a smile on your face.....well that is Golden.

But yeah, it feels good to have a team you can have confidence in. And as mentioned above, we need to really enjoy it while we have it!!! Dawn will be extremely hard to replace and have her success replicated when she is gone.
Has Dawn agreed to play all the teams on the schedule this year or is there a game she will decide to take a social justice stand on based on false information? I guess Ray cleared the schedule with her before the season started since she is apparently the one who decides what teams to play.
Apparently she is. Nothing is ever 100% the way some of us would like it to be and I somewhat agree with your point here. On the other hand, I like to win. I have no problem with her scheduling or her politics. There are plenty of bigger targets out there politically than a coach. Especially our coach. Our coach who wins. Consistently. At a high level. I can forgive the politics a bit myself.

Dude, you can say what you want. Dawn absolutely did the right thing. She has players to protect. We didn't need to go out there in this climate, have something happen, and have our girls being called a liar just to protect someone's reputation on matters of race. If BYU shows a track record of nothing happening over a course of some time, we may go out there. However, we don't owe anyone in order to make them look good on a race matter. Now, if you want to get a group of girls together and sing Kum Ba Yah with BYU, go right ahead. Translation: Don't put us in the middle of your "Duke Problem"
