People may say that I am nuts, but here are my two cents pick out of so many deserving players:

Offense - John Schaffer - Defeated probably the best team ever in a Bowl game and only lost one game in his entire high school and college career, including the National Title. Even Kerry Collins can't claim that as good as he was with the 1994 team.

Defense - Shane Conlan - blue collar type of LB who gave everything out on the field when he played and then some. Poz, to me, was a Shane Conlan part 2 who was a carbon copy of his playing style and attitude.

Yes but Kerry overall had the better career , stats wise and was a first rounder and took a team to a super bowl . John Shaffer was one of the classiest players I ever met , and all around good guy .

I actually took the GMAT sitting in between John Shaffer and Trey Bauer. John was a likable guy....very friendly.

Yeah, not too many people would pick John Skorupan, but for some reason, he just stood out for me. Hufnagel, too. I went to my first game in 1972 vs NC State, and I was hooked.
