4-star Florida CB commit Sharif Denson earns Alabama offer

Jacksonville Bartram Trail four-star cornerback and Florida commit Sharif Denson has picked up an offer from Alabama.

Denson is the No. 212 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $24k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Sharif Denson committed to Florida at the end of June

Sharif Denson committed to Florida on June 27 over Miami and Texas A&M.

“The constant love from the whole staff. You can’t beat that. They’re at a good little spot right now,” Denson told Gators Online right before he committed.

He is one of 11 players to commit to the Gators over the past six-plus weeks. The 2023 Florida recruiting class ranks 13th in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking. One of those fellow commits is four-star cornerback Ja’Keem Jackson out of Kissimmee (Fla.) Osceola.
