Alabama commit Julian Sayin is a new On3 Industry five-star recruit

Carlsbad (Calif.) quarterback and Alabama commit Julian Sayin is one of the newest five-star recruits  according to the 2024 On3 Industry Ranking.

Sayin ranks as the No. 17 overall recruit in the country, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the No. 2 quarterback and No. 1 player in California

Sayin committed to the Crimson Tide on Nov. 2 and is currently the second highest-ranked player in their 2024 recruiting class. This class consists of three top-50 players including five-star athlete Jaylen Mbakwe and four-star wide receiver Perry Thompson.

The Crimson currently have the No. 2 class nationally and the No. 2 class in the SEC.

Alabama wrapped up the 2023 recruiting cycle with the No. 1 class in the country. That class consisted of 28 signees including seven who were five-star recruits.

Sayin currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $311K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
