Alabama defensive lineman Isaiah Hastings enters NCAA transfer portal

Alabama defensive lineman Isaiah Hastings has entered the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned.

Hastings has received limited playing time since he arrived at Tuscaloosa in 2022, making one game appearance in his two seasons with the program. He made his collegiate debut against Louisiana-Monroe in 2022, recording one tackle against the Warhawks. But Hastings saw no game action during the 2023 season, now entering the transfer portal with three seasons of eligibility.

Hastings played high school football at Toronto (ON) Clearwater Academy International, where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 151 overall recruit in the 2022 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
