Alabama offers 4-star offensive lineman Jaydon Chatman
Alabama has extended an offer to Harker Heights (Texas) four-star interior offensive lineman Jaydon Chatman.
He visited Alabama during the season for the Crimson Tide’s Nov. 6, 2021, game against LSU.
Chatman is the No. 153 overall prospect in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
On3 ranks Jaydon Chatman higher at No. 119 in the 2023 On300 ranking. He is the eighth-best interior offensive lineman in the class.

Alabama has no commits in the 2023 class. But in the 2022 class, they do have three offensive lineman commits. IMG Academy’s Tyler Booker, who had a remarkable Under Armour All-American Game week, leads the group.
“Tyler Booker accomplished in a fast-paced week what has traditionally been a tough task. He practiced at three different offensive line positions and looked comfortable and capable at all three,” On3 National Recruiting Analyst Gerry Hamilton wrote after the event. “At left guard, left tackle and right tackle, the Alabama early enrollee won the vast majority of one-on-one reps. In the game, Booker turned in an at times dominant performance. He was equally as dominant in the run game as in pass protection against two of the top defensive tackles in the 2022 cycle. Physically, there aren’t many more well proportioned with broad shoulders and length that can bend and move their feet.”
