Four-Star EDGE Jayshawn Ross commits to Alabama
Four-star EDGE Jayshawn Ross of Kansas City (MO) Liberty North High announced his commitment to Alabama on Monday.
The 6-foot-4, 230 pounder chose the Crimson Tide over Tennessee, Ole Miss, Florida State, and others.
“I want that Bama Factor. No doubt they got ball players but where I’m from I’m known for it too so Lank for sure. And the coach made the trip to me in some weather Tuscaloosas not used to, so I owed him one.”
His relationship with the coaching staff and their plan for him played a role in his decision as well.
“Coach and I both understand the objective and goals in this process so it’s just a matter of making works of the talents I was gifted. Defensively, we are going to line me up and let me play ball. However, whoever, whenever.”
