Alabama kicker Will Reichard has earned a new NIL sponsorship following the Crimson Tide’s SEC title victory. On Monday, the junior tweeted about his partnership with Podiatry Associates PC in Birmingham, Alabama.

“A kicker has to keep his feet in shape in order to be a SEC champion,” he wrote. “Podiatry Associates PC in Birmingham keeps me kicking!!”

Reichard has come up clutch all season for Alabama, nailing 16 of his 20 field goal attempts. That includes 6-of-9 from 40-plus yards. He is also 68-of-69 on his PAT attempts.

He went a perfect 2-for-2 on field goals and 5-for-5 on PATs in Alabama’s 41-24 victory against the Georgia Bulldogs this past week. With the win, the Crimson Tide jumped to No. 1 in the nation and earned a College Football Playoff berth. They face undefeated Cincinnati at 3:30 p.m. ET on New Year’s Eve in the Cotton Bowl.

It marks Alabama’s seventh appearance in the Playoff since its inception in 2014, the most of any school. The only time the Crimson Tide missed came in 2019 when fellow SEC school LSU claimed the national title.

A native of Hoover, Alabama, Reichard was the No. 1 kicker in the 2019 class according to On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He has been the starter ever since he arrived on campus.

Reichard completed a perfect season in 2020, going a combined 98-of-98 on field goals and PATs. He helped the Crimson Tide win the national championship, nailing a field goal and seven extra points.

With his new NIL sponsorship, Reichard is only likely to grow in popularity on campus. He will look to help aid the Crimson Tide to back-to-back national championships. Should they win this year, it would mark the program’s seventh under coach Nick Saban.
