Alabama has been in a very strange and unfamiliar place in the Texas A&M game on Saturday night. The Crimson Tide found themselves trailing 24-10 in the third quarter, but freshman wide receiver Jacorey Brooks made a game-changing play to flip the momentum.

Watch as he blocks the Texas A&M punt.

After Brooks blocked the punt, the ball rolled to the back of the end zone, where it was recovered by Alabama junior linebacker King Mwikuta.

The touchdown score cut the Texas A&M lead to 24-17. It’s been a wild and crazy game all night long, but a really good one.

Before the Texas A&M game, Mwikuta had one tackle for loss thus far on the 2021 season.

Mwikuta was rated as a four-star prospect coming out of Troup County (West Point, Georgia). He was selected to play in the Under Armour All-American game in high school. When he chose Alabama, he chose the Crimson Tide over Florida, Florida State, and Georgia.
