Will Anderson admits he will miss Alabama locker room
Following Alabama’s win in the Sugar Bowl, Will Anderson and several other players declared for the NFL Draft. In the case of Anderson, it was the end of one of the best careers in the history of Alabama football.
There was a press conference for Will Anderson’s NFL Draft declaration. Shortly after Anderson finished praising his experience at Alabama following his NFL Draft announcement, he was asked what he’s going to miss the most.
“Probably the locker room,” Will Anderson said. “Probably just kidding around, joking around with all the guys.”
“I think that’s why I was so emotional. Because you grow with those guys and lifelong brothers, and you’re not going to be with them next year. But, you know, we’re still one call away. They’ve always got me. I’ve always got them,” Anderson explained.
“So, that’s one thing I’m gonna miss.”
Will Anderson came to Alabama as a five-star recruit in the Class of 2020. In just three seasons, he put up shockingly high numbers for the Crimson Tide. That included 34.5 sacks and 58.5 tackles for loss during his career.

Will Anderson is excited for the future of the Alabama pass rush
It might be easy to expect the pass rush to get worse at Alabama, now that Will Anderson is moving on. However, Anderson is excited for the future of the program at this spot.
“Oh yeah I’m super excited, I was happy, I think this game was just one of the games where you just go out there and have fun for real, just smile all the time. That’s the thing, we just wanted to go out there and rush and have fun,” Anderson said.
“Dallas Turner, Chris Braswell, Keon (Keeley), the dude that they just recruited, Quandarrius Robinson, Jeremiah (Alexander), all of those guys are super talented, super good. I’m super excited to see what the future holds for all of them. They’re all gonna be really good and I can’t wait to see what they do next year.”
