Will Anderson reveals what sets him apart in this 2023 NFL Draft class
Alabama edge rusher Will Anderson is one of the best players in the 2023 NFL Draft and is expected to be a top-five pick. At the NFL Combine, he is going to have an opportunity to solidify that status.
At the combine, Anderson was asked about what sets him apart from the competition in this year’s draft class.
“All these guys are great, very athletic, can pass rush,” Will Anderson said.
“I’m super excited. All the work has been good. But, I feel like what I bring to the table, just consistency, being humble. You know, whatever culture I’m in I’m going to do things the right way and I think that’s what sets me apart.”
Along with Anderson’s attitude, he’s also an incredibly talented player. It’s that raw talent that has made him one of the best college players that Nick Saban has ever coached.

Will Anderson praised Bijan Robinson
When most edge rushers are asked about the toughest player they’ve faced, they bring up an offensive lineman. However, Will Anderson says the toughest player he’s faced is Texas running back Bijan Robinson.
“Bijan Robinson, the running back from Texas,” Anderson said.
“He’s a big back. We had to gang-tackle him, get all hats to the ball. He was going to break a few tackles. We had to tackle the right way. But he’s probably the toughest person I faced in college football.”
