LSU 2024 4-star ATH commit Joseph Stone visiting Arizona

Fairburn (Ga.) Langston Hughes four-star athlete Joseph Stone shared Friday that he has arrived in Tucson for a visit to Arizona. He has been committed to LSU since July 11.

Stone is the No. 160 overall prospect and No. 13 athlete in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 25 player in Georgia.

The 5-foot-11, 180-pound recruit is one of eight pledges in the Tigers’ 2024 recruiting class. It also includes includes Loganville (Ga.) Grayson four-star cornerback Zion Ferguson, Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian Academy four-star quarterback Colin Hurley, Bellaire (Texas) Shadow Creek four-star safety Maurice Williams, Chillicothe (Ohio) four-star tight end Tayvion Galloway, Jonesboro (La.) Jonesboro-Hodge three-star linebacker Xavier Atkins, Marrero (La.) John Ehret three-star interior offensive lineman Khayree Lee and New Orleans (La.) Warren Easton three-star cornerback Wallace Foster.

Meanwhile, the Wildcats have commitments from two players in their 2024 class. They are Long Beach (Calif.) Jordan four-star running back Jordan Washington and Gilbert (Ariz.) American Leadership Academy Gilbert North wide receiver Brandon Phelps.

Stone has an On3 NIL Valuation of $43K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
