Little Rock (Ark.) Parkview Magnet three-star running back Cam Settles has committed to Arkansas, he announced on Saturday evening.

He chose the in-state Razorbacks while also holding offers from SMU, Missouri, Memphis, Oregon State and others.

Settles is the No. 84 running back and No. 9 player in Arkansas in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s the No. 1,061 overall prospect in the nation.

The 6-foot burner logged an official visit to Fayetteville back in June and now continues what’s been an exceptional day on the recruiting trail for Sam Pittman and the Hogs. Earlier on Saturday, Durant (Okla.) four-star EDGE Colton Yarbrough and Lawton (Okla.) MacArthur three-star safety Adam Auston each joined the 2026 pledge list. Settles becomes commitment No. 20 for Arkansas’ 2025 class.

Hogs have Top-30 recruiting class this cycle

Arkansas has the No. 29 class in the nation and No. 13 class in the SEC, as of Aug. 3, according to the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.

Jesup (Ga.) Wayne County four-star linebacker Tavion Wallace spurned Florida State and other SEC programs for Arkansas in a massive recruiting win on July 2. Now the No. 66 overall recruit, Wallace is also the No. 3 LB in the senior cycle. Defensive coordinator Travis Williams was instrumental in the Hogs’ successful efforts.

“I never thought I would consider them in any way possible, but you know T-Will, that’s my dog and when I took my first OV out there I was like ‘it’s going to be nothing but country living,’ but when I went up there I fell in love with it,” Wallace previously told On3. “Coach Pittman, that’s my dog. Coach (Jake) Trump and the players around, if I went there it would be because of the people, the atmosphere and the culture and the things they’re doing around there.”

The class also features a blue-chip quarterback in North Little Rock (Ark.) Central Arkansas Christian four-star Grayson Wilson. The 6-foot-3 gunslinger is a top-400 recruit and the No. 26 QB in the nation, per the On3 Industry Ranking.

Other top commits in the 2025 class include: Saint Cloud (Fla.) Osceola three-star offensive tackle Connor Howes, Jackson (Miss.) Hartfield Academy three-star defensive lineman Reginald Vaughn, Terrell (Texas) three-star EDGE Keiundre Johnson and Boynton Beach (Fla.) Palm Beach Central three-star wide receiver Kamare Williams.
