Arkansas guard Chance Moore enters the transfer portal
Arkansas freshman guard Chance Moore plans to enter the transfer portal, he tells On3. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard played sparingly during his freshman campaign in Fayetteville.
“First, I would like to thank Coach Musselman and the University of Arkansas for the opportunity to be a part of this great team. I will never forget the memories my teammates and I have made. For me as a player, I learned a lot and improved in every way imaginable. I will forever be grateful to have been a part of this team and a part of the Razorback Community. However, with that being said, I will be entering the transfer portal and reopening my recruitment,” Moore said in a statement to On3.

Moore only appeared in five games this season, mostly in blowout victories for the Razorbacks. He will have four more years of eligibility.
A former four-star recruit, Moore ultimately chose the Hogs over Alabama and LSU. The Georgia native also received scholarship offers from Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Ole Miss, and others coming out of high school.
During his senior season of high school at McEachern, Moore averaged 19 points and nine rebounds.
