Arkansas offers 4-star WR Braylon Burnside
Starkville (Miss.) four-star wide receiver Braylon Burnside received an offer from Arkansas on Tuesday. He announced the news over social media.
Burnside is the No. 161 overall prospect and No. 28 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 3 player in Mississippi.
The 6-foot-1, 195-pound wideout currently holds 10 offers. He previously announced a top eight of Akron, Florida State, Jackson State, Mississippi State, Memphis, Ole Miss, Oregon and South Carolina.
According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Ole Miss has a commanding lead for his commitment at 97.9%. He has visited the Rebels nine times, most recently on Jan. 29.

“It was pretty good,” Burnside told Zach Berry of OM Spirit about the visit. “Coach (Lane) Kiffin already came to my school the week before to make sure I was coming. We got a chance to talk extensively on Sunday about a lot of stuff.”
“The entire coaching staff is pretty much recruiting me,” he added. “When coach (Pete) Golding was hired, he reached out to me the next day. And he’s a defensive coach. But he still DM’d me to say he really likes my game. That’s love.”
