The Arkansas Razorbacks have brought the juice early to Stillwater to the 2022 NCAA Regional in Stillwater, Oklahoma. First, Brady Slavens went deep in the first inning for the Hogs against Oklahoma State. Then, the man they like to call “Big Hit Bob” aka Robert Moore got in on the fun in the second inning, blasting a home run over the wall and into the dugout.

Watch below as he cranks one.

That put the Hogs up 2-1 in the second inning. At the time of the home run, Oklahoma State led 4-2 in the bottom of the third inning.

The solo shot gives Moore seven home runs on the season and 39 total RBIs. In 2021, the infielder was named a Freshman All-American by Baseball America. He was also named to the SEC All-Defensive Team.

Arkansas has had three players hit double digit home runs this year: Cayden Wallace, Brayden Webb, and Brady Slavens.

Arkansas makes furious comeback against Oklahoma State

The Arkansas Razorbacks completed an incredible comeback against Oklahoma State in the eighth inning after a pitching meltdown. With the bases loaded and one out in the top of the eighth inning, Oklahoma State gave up four straight free bases for runs — including three walks and a hit by pitch.

Finally, the Cowboys pulled their pitcher after giving up the four runs with bases still loaded. Unfortunately, Arkansas wasn’t finished with their barrage as Jalen Battles blasted a grand slam over the wall, taking a commanding 16-10 lead in an eight-run inning.

The Razorbacks finished the inning without another score but the damage was already done. From a 5-2 deficit after the third inning, Arkansas held the largest lead of the game midway through the eighth-inning. If Arkansas can hold their lead, they would remain the only unbeaten team of the Stillwater regional, shocking the Cowboys.
