Khafre Brown commits to Arkansas out of portal

Brown joins an Arkansas team that needs a bounce back campaign in 2024 under Sam Pittman.

Following Arkansas’s spring game midway through April, the Razorbacks head coach addressed the shift to a Thursday night showdown for the season opener. And surprisingly enough, he is a big fan of the change.

“You look at a few things when you go to Little Rock and No. 1 you really don’t want to take away from great football,” said Pittman. “So you don’t to take away from the Friday nights… if you play in September then what time do you want to play the game?”

Perhaps Brown will get a chance to shine under the “Thursday Night Lights.”
