Sam Pittman visits Arkansas top commit Isaiah Sategna
Arkansas head coach Sam Pittman and wide receivers coach Kenny Guiton went on an in-home visit Sunday to see their top recruit and local four-star wideout Isaiah Sategna.
The Fayetteville (Ark.) High four-star prospect is the No. 158 overall recruit in the nation, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He is also the top player from the state of Arkansas in the recruiting class. The Razorbacks hold verbal commitments from six of the top seven players from the Natural State, including Maumelle (Ark.) four-star offensive tackle Andrew Chamblee and Little Rock (Ark.) Joe T. Robinson four-star offensive tackle E’Marion Harris.
Sategna was originally committed to Oregon but flipped to his hometown school about a month ago.
“After talking to my family, we have decided that it is in my best interest to decommit and go to a school closer to home,” Sategna tweeted. “I want to thank the University of Arkansas for believing in my talents and being the first school to offer me during my sophomore season. With that being said, I have decided to commit to the University of Arkansas and be a hometown hog.”

Alabama WR to transfer
Arkansas has the. No. 19 overall recruiting class in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking.
The Razorbacks also have signed two transfers from the portal in former Oklahoma wide receiver Jadon Haselwood and former Houston EDGE Tre Williams.
Haselwood is a former five-star recruit and was the No. 4 overall recruit in the retroactive 2019 On3 Consensus. He had 39 receptions for 399 yards and six touchdowns this season for the Sooners.
He announced his intention to transfer last week after Lincoln Riley left Oklahoma for USC, and committed to the Razorbacks just a little while before Sategna posted about his in-home visit.
The two wideouts could end up forming a dynamic duo on the outside for the Razorbacks next fall.
