Top-15 2024 prospect Ryan Wingo sets Arkansas visit
St. Louis (Mo.) University High 2024 wideout Ryan Wingo will take an unofficial visit to Arkansas this weekend, he announced on Wednesday morning.
The 6-foot-2, 198-pounder was originally scheduled to see Missouri’s game against Georgia, but opted to change his trip and will now see the No. 20 Razorbacks host No. 2 Alabama on Saturday afternoon.
Wingo is the No. 12 overall prospect in the 2024 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the country’s No. 4 wide receiver and the No. 1 junior recruit in the state of Missouri.
This trip to Fayetteville will be his third time his year on the Razorbacks’ campus after visiting for their junior day in January and then again in March. Arkansas is one of more than two dozen schools to extend an offer to Wingo, a list that also includes Notre Dame, Texas, Texas A&M, LSU and a number of other national powers. Wingo has a strong family connection to the Razorbacks program, with his older brother Ronnie playing running back in Fayetteville from 2009-12.

Ryan Wingo Scouting Summary
“An electric playmaker who picks up yards in a hurry. Ran a 10.64 100m, 21.46 200m and a 50.72 400m in 2022. The ability to defeat the angle with the ball in his hands is among the best in the 2024 cycle early on. Can take the top off of defenses with ease but is not just a straight line player. His ability to make defenders miss in tight spaces and finish runs is rare for someone with his long speed. Has a chance to be an impact player at the next level. Older brother is former Arkansas running back Ronnie Wingo.” — Charles Power, On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings
