2025 TE Hollis Davidson recommits to Auburn Tigers
Peachtree City (Ga.) Mcintosh three-star tight end Hollis Davidson initially committed to Auburn in early February before decommitting from the Tigers in May.
Now, Davidson is once again a member of Auburn’s 2025 recruiting class. He announced his commitment on the morning of the Fourth of July.
Auburn tight ends coach Ben Aigamaua and offensive analyst Logan Bradley played major roles in Davidson’s recruitment.
“They’re both great,” Davidson told On3. “Those are my guys. I love Coach Ben and Coach Logan, I really couldn’t ask for more. I really like how Coach Ben is like a family man. He wants to take me under his wing. He gets along with my family really well.”

Davidson returned to campus when his high school team participated in a 7-on-7 tournament at Auburn.
“After my decommitment, I just really opened up things again and took a step back,” Davidson said. “We got invited up to the 7-on-7 and it was going to interfere with one of my OV’s, but we figured it out because I wanted to get back to Auburn. . .
“I still have a great relationship with Coach Ben (Aigamaua), Coach Freeze, and the whole staff here,” he added. “I really appreciate the love they’re showing me. It’s noticeable, it stands out. It’s a lot of love when I get to the campus and that’s all I can really ask for.”
