Tyler Jackson, one of the top-ranked combo guards in the class of 2025, is set to unofficially visit Auburn this Sunday, December 17th, he told On3. This will be his first college visit.

The 6-foot-2 junior is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, but recently transferred to Overtime Elite in Atlanta, where he is on a scholarship maintaining his college eligibility.

Tigers head coach Bruce Pearl has not yet officially extended a scholarship to Jackson, but there is definitely interest in the four-star guard. Jackson already holds offers from Villanova, Alabama, Houston, Kansas, Maryland, Indiana, Syracuse, and others.

Jackson Scouting Report

“Tyler Jackson is an aggressive, quick-twitch guard. At a slender 6-foot-1, he is comfortable playing on the ball and looks to get to his shot. Jackson has a comfortable release of the bounce. His mechanics can break down at time because of the difficulty of some of his attempts, but he’s confident. He can get downhill quick a quick first-step and burst. Jackson will need to continue adding strength as he can currently get swallowed up at times in the paint. He does also have some burst to finish over top if a player is late rotating. There is upside on defense with the length and quick feet. He has a competitive and confident mentality, which helps lead to production. The court vision is coming around.” – On3’s Jamie Shaw
