Auburn offers rising 2025 4-star OT Andrew Babalola
Hugh Freeze and the Auburn Tigers have entered the mix for one of the fastest-rising linemen in the 2025 cycle.
On Wednesday, Overland Park (Kan.) Blue Valley Northwest four-star offensive tackle Andrew Babalola announced his offer from the SEC program, adding Auburn to a growing list of programs that are after the 6-foot-5.5, 280-pounder.
Babalola has taken visits to both Kansas State and Nebraska this fall. Earlier this year, both Ole Miss and Iowa State received visits. He also has offers from the likes of Oklahoma, Miami, Florida, Michigan, Tennessee and now Auburn.
“How invested they were in me stood out,” Babalola said of Kansas State to K-State Online following his recent trip to Manhattan. “They all kept telling me that they were really glad I came, and just to relax and have fun.”
Babalola makes serious jump in 2025 On300 Rankings
Earlier this month, Babalola became one of the biggest risers in the updated On300 Rankings and is now the No. 23 overall prospect in the cycle. On3’s Director of Scouting and Rankings had this to say about the lineman:

Statement released amid stalking accusations
“Andrew Babalola had yet to play varsity football at the time of our last 2025 On300 update. At 6-foot-5.5, 280 pounds with plus length and a basketball background, we considered Babalola as a high upside prospect, but a relative unknown on the football field. Fast forward a few months later and the Overland Park (Kan.) Blue Valley West standout looks like one of the most gifted offensive tackle prospects in what appears to be a strong cycle at the position.
…Babalola checks in at No. 23 overall in this On300 update. He’s a natural, twitchy mover and plays with a surprising amount of strength and physicality. Babalola fires through his core and plants defenders. He’s still developing from a technical standpoint, but the upside is as high as any offensive tackle in the cycle.”
In the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies — Babalola is now the No. 75 recruit, No. 8 OT and top-ranked player in the Sunflower State.
Auburn has added a pair of pledges to its 2025 class in October: Thomasville (Ga.) Thomas County Central four-star safety Kendarius Reddick and Birmingham (Ala.) Parker four-star defensive lineman Jourdin Crawford. Reddick is the No. 78 recruit in the cycle, while Crawford is No. 201 overall. In total, the class currently consists of five commits and ranks No. 7 nationally, per the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Ranking.
