The top-seeded Auburn Tigers are heading to the Final Four for the second time in school history. While the Tigers certainly felt the pressure down the stretch in the final five minutes of action, they managed to come away with a 70-64 win, as all of the No. 1 seeds in this year’s NCAA Tournament managed to punch their tickets to the Final Four. It’s been an incredible year for their basketball program. And a tradition that has been around for several decades are Auburn students rolling Toomer’s Corner after a big win.

Here’s the video as Auburn students roll Toomer’s Corner on Sunday evening. Celebrating one of the biggest victories in Tiger basketball history.

Auburn got nearly everyone on their roster to chip in during the big win. Superstar Johni Broome led the way with 25 points and 14 rebounds, adding to his career total of double doubles with the Tiger program. He’s played like one of the best players in America for much of the 2024-2025 college basketball season and Saturday night was no different. March is a time when teams need their superstars to burn the brightest and Broome managed to play through a great deal of pain after suffering a scary injury.

Auburn star freshman once again delivered under the bright lights of March Madness, chipping in 10 points, three assists, and one block. He’s been electrifying to watch all season long. And once again, Pettiford delivered for the Tigers when they needed it the most. He hit 4 of his 12 field goal attempts and two of his six three-pointers. Denver Jones stuffed the stat sheet with eight points. He wasn’t nearly as special as he was in the Tigers’ Sweet 16 matchup when he dropped 20 points, but he still finished with eight on Sunday evening.
