Atlanta (Ga.) Pace Academy offensive lineman Trovon Baugh has picked up an offer from Auburn, he announced Tuesday afternoon on Twitter.

Baugh is the No. 506 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 40 offensive lineman and the No. 50 junior prospect in Georgia.

On3 is much higher on Baugh than the other three major recruiting sites, though, according to the Industry Comparison. In the most recent On300 rankings, Baugh was tabbed as the country’s No. 218 overall prospect, No. 15 interior offensive lineman and No. 20 player in the Peach State.

Carolina schools already locked in for official visits with Trovon Baugh

The Tigers join a long list of schools interested in the 6-foot-4, 305-pound Baugh. South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida State, NC State and Tennessee are among the 30-plus schools to extend him an offer thus far. Both the Gamecocks and Tar Heels are at the top of his recruitment, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM).

Baugh already visited South Carolina twice this spring and has an official visit locked in for June 24. The week before, he’ll head to North Carolina for an official after seeing the Tar Heels in March. Georgia is another to watch, though, as Baugh visited the Bulldogs last month. The in-state Bulldogs, whose campus is about 40 minutes from Baugh’s hometown, have yet to offer but are very much in communication.

With a few official visit spots still open, Auburn will be looking to make up ground in a hurry with Baugh.
