WATCH: Tank Bigsby scores 50-yard touchdown, keeps Auburn within one score
Auburn would be in a tough spot without the heroic performance of Tank Bigsby Saturday against No. 9 Ole Miss.
Trailing the Rebels 28-17 to begin the second half, Bigsby’s number was called and the junior running back took the rush half the length of the field to bring the Tigers to within one score. Bigsby took a simple draw play up the middle, and after missing a couple tackles, outran the Ole Miss defense into the end zone.

Robby Ashford, Tank Bigsby get into argument on Auburn sideline after touchdown
Auburn is trying to halt a two-game losing skid with an upset on the road at No. 9 Ole Miss and despite some early adversity the Tigers are hanging in there and making it a game after falling behind 21-0 early in the second quarter.
The Tigers even briefly changed quarterbacks before Robby Ashford, the guy who has been leading the team the last few weeks, eventually settled in.

But not before a curious interaction on the sideline, where he and running back Tank Bigsby reportedly had to be separated, according to ESPN sideline reporter Kris Budden.
“Yeah, there was a strange argument between Ashford and Tank Bigsby,” Budden said. “They came over, they had to be separated. Ashford kept saying to Bigsby, ‘Don’t give up on me, we just put seven points on the board.’
“They continued to jar back and forth and at some point one of the other players goes, ‘Why does it matter who scored the touchdown?’”
Ashford had run in a 2-yard touchdown score for the Tigers’ first score just prior to the interaction.
