3-star linebacker Corey Kelly commits to Baylor after weekend visit
After a weekend official visit to Baylor, three-star League City (Texas) Clear Falls linebacker Corey Kelly has committed to the Bears, he announced Tuesday night.
Kelly is the No. 478 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 45 linebacker and the No. 84 player in the state of Texas.
The 6-foot-2, 202-pounder chose Baylor over offers from SMU, Mississippi State, North Texas, Minnesota and Indiana. He becomes the Bears’ 13th commitment in the 2023 cycle, joining a group headlined by four-stars Austin Novosad and Christian Braithwaite.
