4-star QB DJ Lagway visiting Baylor

Willis (Texas) four-star quarterback DJ Lagway is making a trip to Waco, Texas, tonight for Baylor‘s key game against Kansas State.

He is the son of Derek Lagway Sr., who was a running back for the school in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Lagway is the No. 17 overall recruit in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. The 2024 On300 ranking ranks him seventh overall and second among all quarterbacks.
