4-star RB Caden Knighten commits to Baylor Bears
Wynnewood (Okla.) four-star running back Caden Knighten has committed to the Baylor Bears, he announced on social media.
Knighten was a one-time Vanderbilt commit, joining the Commodores’ 2025 class in April. He decommitted from Vandy last month.
“Lord only you know my full story, all glory will forever go to you,” Knighten wrote. “Thank you @CoachK_Hall and @CoachDaveAranda for believing and helping me make my dreams come to reality. Thank you @seancooper_C4 for being the best role model/coach I could ask for! [With that] being said, Baylor University… I’M COMING HOME! #SicEm”
Baylor off to hot start in 2025
Already, a pair of blue-chip prospects have committed to Aranda’s staff in the 2025 cycle — Columbus (Texas) four-star quarterback Adam Schobel and Tyler (Texas) Chapel Hill four-star safety Demetrius Brisbon Jr.

Brisbon was the latest addition to the class before Knighten, committing to Baylor at the end of January. A one-time SMU pledge, Brisbon is set on following former Mustangs running backs coach Khenon Hall to Waco.
“Coach Hall is my boy. I talk to coach Hall every day. He’s FaceTimes me. He calls me every day. I feel comfortable with coach Hall. Coach Hall is really one of the reasons that I’m going up there to Baylor,” Brisbon told On3 earlier this year. “I got good connections with coach (Rhett) Holcomb, coach PJ Hall. I got some communications up there. I’ve been keeping up with them. Knowing they got my back and stuff means a lot.”
