3-star 2022 cornerback Alfonzo Allen commits to Baylor

Miami (Fla.) Miami Central cornerback Alfonzo Allen has committed to Baylor, he announced Thursday evening on Twitter.
Allen is the No. 470 prospect in the 2022 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 51 safety and the No. 64 prospect in Florida this cycle.
The 6-foot-1, 205-pounder chose the Bears over offers from Arizona State, Indiana, Memphis, UCF and others. He was previously committed to the Sun Devils from March until late August, but opted to decommit at that point.
His recruitment was quiet until this past weekend, when he took an official visit to Baylor. Five days later, he announced for the Bears.
