2024 four-star safety Noah Dixon commits to Clemson
Lagrange (Ga.) Troup County four-star safety Noah Dixon has been quiet about his recruitment for much of the process.
On Monday, he made a loud statement. Clemson is home. Dixon became the fifth pledge in the class of 2024. Dixon is the No. 178 overall prospect in the 2024 On3 Consensus rankings.
He was on campus over the weekend for the Tigers’ Elite Junior Retreat. Clemson offered Dixon over the summer as a part of their initial rush of offers going out for the class of 2024.
Dixon loves Clemson’s culture. He’s big on a lot of the principles that head coach Dabo Swinney and staff have put in place during their time on campus.
“It means a lot,” Dixon said back in May just prior to picking up an offer from the Tigers. “The way you do one thing is the way you do everything. If you do it off the field, you’re going to do it on the field. If you do one thing a certain way.”

Clemson has been a front runner for a while for Noah Dixon
Other programs came knocking. Dixon holds offers from Alabama, Georgia, Auburn, Notre Dame and so on and so forth. Clemson kept getting Dixon back on campus. The four-star safety has only taken visits to Alabama and Clemson to this point.
Dixon has been to Clemson three times. After the offer, Dixon immediately felt an attraction and appreciation for Clemson as a program.
The Tigers have offered 42 players in the class of 2024. Dixon felt like a major priority once the Tigers offered due to how selective the Tigers are when it comes to the recruiting process. Clemson safeties coach Mickey Conn made Dixon feel like family very early in the process.
“He made it feel like I was at home,” Dixon said over the summer. “I like how he coaches. Everything up there is tight like a family.”
