It’s Mother Day and the Clemson football players are wishing their mothers a happy day with a sweet video.

The video, posted on the Tigers Twitter account, is 81 seconds of players expressing their gratitude and appreciation for all the hard work their mothers do and how much they are thankful to have them in their life.

The players featured in the video include Sheridan Jones, Beaux Collins, Dee Crayton, Jacob Hendricks, Davian Sullivan, Reed Morriseey, Cade Denhoff, Kevin McNeal, Brodey Conn, Tristen Rigby, Riggs Faulkenberry, Holden Caspresen, Barrett Carter, and Paul Tyson all wishing their mothers a wonderful Mother’s Day.

Prior to Mother’s Day, Trevor Lawrence recently explained why he committed to Clemson

Former Clemson star quarterback Trevor Lawrence recently talked about why he committed to Dabo Swinney and Clemson, touching upon the culture of the program that released such a wonderful video.

“I was not a very mature (kid during) junior and senior in high school, I think I committed in my junior year,” Lawrence said on The Journey. “My parents, coach Swinney, like a mixture of everything. Marissa. Just kind of everything had its own hand in steering me in that direction and then myself like obviously I ended up coming to that conclusion (to go to Clemson). I made that decision. That’s what I wanted to do.”

Lawrence said the caring nature of the coaches in the program is something that sticks out to him.

That trickle down effect can no doubt be felt with the heartfelt Mother’s Day video.

“They care about you as a person more than a player,” Lawrence said. “Obviously at the end of the day, you’re gonna kind of make your own path yourself, but they really do care about you. I think I saw that especially at the end. Not to say that Georgia coaches didn’t because they’ve obviously done a great job, but I just felt that connection more with the people at Clemson.”
