Clemson now No. 9 in On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings

Following a slow early start to the 2023 recruiting cycle for Clemson, things are beginning to heat up for the Tigers. Dabo Swinney and Co. landed their top priority at quarterback — Christopher Vizzina — on Monday afternoon.
And 24 hours later, Clemson has snagged three-star tight end Reid Mikeska out of the state of Texas and away from Baylor, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Alabama and more than 20 others.
That duo joins four-star Miami (Fla.) Edison wideout Nathaniel Joseph, who committed back in September.

With three commitments in the fold, the Tigers have jumped all the way to No. 9 in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings, leapfrogging the likes of Oklahoma, Michigan, Texas, Texas Tech, Florida State, Tennessee and others.
After a down year in the 2022 cycle following a number of high-profile defections when defensive coordinator Brent Venables left for Oklahoma, Clemson looks to be back on track for yet another top-10 class.
