Clemson lands commitment from four-star WR Noble Johnson
Clemson has added another commitment in the class of 2023, this time from Rockwall (Texas) wide receiver Noble Johnson.
Johnson is the No. 334 overall prospect in the On3 Consensus rankings for the class of 2023. The four-star wide receiver recently added his Clemson offer.
He was on campus last week where he took part in the Clemson prospect camp before the Tigers extended an offer. The Tigers coaching staff and players were seen being especially hands-on when giving instruction to Johnson throughout the session.
Clemson made an impression as soon as Johnson arrived. He told On3’s Sam Spiegelman that the trip went really well in a recent interview.

“As soon as I stepped off the plane, I went to campus and they were welcoming me in and Dabo knew me by my first name. I thought: ‘That was crazy,’ but he went through exercises and the workout with me, pulling me to the side, giving me tips and walking me through stuff,” Noble Johnson said. “He taught me my wide receiver stance and my dad was taking pictures so I wouldn’t forget that moment. I love Coach Grisham, he’s an amazing guy and you can tell they’re not just there to build football players; they’re there to build you as a man and you’ll leave college as a good man.”
Johnson is Clemson’s ninth commit in the class of 2023. The Tigers landed four commits this week prior to Johnson’s announcement on Saturday.
