Clemson basketball star forward PJ Hall suffered a knee injury last week, Clemson Sports has confirmed.
Hall was going through defensive drills when the injury occurred, we were told. It is believed that Hall’s knee cap popped out of place. Hall originally dealt with the injury in high school.
The injury is likely to require surgery, according to a source. If so, it appears as though Hall will be out approximately 3.5 to 4 months. A final decision on surgery is expected to be made later this week.
