3-star safety Kylen Webb officially joins Clemson program
Safety Kylen Webb officially joined the Clemson football program on Wednesday after committing to the Tigers in June.
Webb chose Clemson over offers from Florida State, USF and others.
He is rated as a three-star prospect and the No. 37 safety in the country, according to the On3 Consensus rankings. He is viewed as the No. 403 overall player in the nation.
Kylen Webb is one of two safeties to sign with Clemson for the class of 2023 on Wednesday, joining three-star prospect Robert Billings.

Webb missed this past season with an injury.
As a junior in 2021, he had 426 rushing yards on 69 carries, for an average of 6.2-yard per carry. He had seven touchdowns on offense in 2021 and also added a punt return for a score, giving him eight total touchdowns as a junior.
Defensively, Webb collected 19 tackles on defense, with two interceptions in 2021. He recorded three kickoff returns for 51 yards and seven punt returns for 86 yards as a junior. He helped his team to a 9-3 record and a No. 27 ranking in MaxPreps in 2021.
