Four-star OL Markee Anderson sets commitment date
Roebuck (S.C.) Dorman four-star interior offensive lineman Markee Anderson will soon come off the uncommitted board. The No. 127 overall prospect in the On300 for the class of 2023 will announce his college commitment on July 31.
Clemson will be one of the four hats on Anderson’s table prior to his decision. Anderson will choose between Clemson, Florida State, North Carolina and LSU.
Anderson has been high on the two in-state programs for a while. He doesn’t mind playing out of state. But both South Carolina and Clemson are special programs for Anderson.
“I don’t mind going out of state,” Anderson said in an interview late last year. “Getting two in-state schools did mean a lot to me, but it could go either way. I don’t have a problem going out of state…Right now, I don’t have a top list or anything like that but getting that Clemson offer means a lot. It’s an in-state school and it should be great seeing how I get influenced by them going down for games.”
